Welcome to WatchBuddy
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WatchBuddy, the WatchBuddy website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), which are owned and operated by LW Entertainment L.L.C. ("LW Entertainment," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using WatchBuddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required under the laws of your country or region to use WatchBuddy. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use WatchBuddy with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to: Provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account. LW Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. WatchBuddy Recommendations
WatchBuddy uses artificial intelligence and user preferences to generate personalized entertainment recommendations. Recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that every recommendation will match your personal preferences.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: Violate any law or regulation. Attempt to hack or disrupt WatchBuddy. Upload malicious software. Use automated bots without permission. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Create fake accounts. Manipulate leaderboards or game results. Attempt to reverse engineer the application. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. Friends & Social Features
If WatchBuddy offers social features, you agree to use them respectfully. You may not: Harass other users. Share offensive or unlawful content. Impersonate another individual. Spam recommendations or messages. LW Entertainment may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Games & Leaderboards
Games, trivia, achievements, XP, Buddy Levels, badges, and leaderboards are intended for entertainment purposes. LW Entertainment may: Modify game rules. Reset seasonal rankings. Correct scoring errors. Remove fraudulent scores. Adjust rewards. All decisions regarding competitions are final.
7. Virtual Rewards
XP, badges, achievements, Buddy Levels, and similar in-app rewards have no cash value. They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. LW Entertainment may modify or discontinue virtual rewards at any time.
8. Premium Features
WatchBuddy may offer optional premium subscriptions or paid features. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies.
9. Advertisements
WatchBuddy may display advertisements. Some features may allow users to voluntarily watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-app benefits. LW Entertainment is not responsible for products or services offered by third-party advertisers.
10. Third-Party Services
WatchBuddy may include links or integrations with third-party services including streaming providers, authentication services, analytics providers, or advertising platforms. LW Entertainment is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
11. Intellectual Property
WatchBuddy, Buddy, the WatchBuddy logo, software, graphics, designs, artwork, user interface, trademarks, and all original content are owned by LW Entertainment L.L.C. or its licensors. You may not: Copy Modify Distribute Sell Reverse engineer Reproduce any portion of WatchBuddy without written permission.
12. Movie & Television Information
WatchBuddy may display information relating to movies, television shows, actors, directors, streaming services, or other entertainment content. Ownership of such content remains with its respective copyright and trademark holders. WatchBuddy does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
13. Availability
We strive to keep WatchBuddy available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to: Maintenance Technical issues Third-party outages Updates
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
WatchBuddy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LW Entertainment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LW Entertainment L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WatchBuddy. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
16. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. LW Entertainment may suspend or terminate accounts that: Violate these Terms. Engage in fraud. Abuse the Services. Harm other users.
17. Changes to WatchBuddy
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. This includes: Recommendation systems Games Buddy functionality Trivia Achievements Premium features We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of WatchBuddy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WatchBuddy shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced within the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and LW Entertainment L.L.C. regarding your use of WatchBuddy and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Services.
